Hooked On a Feline Cat Grooming

Preferred Client Packages

Package Definition and Advantages

Packages are based on “full” grooms ranging from “Short Hair Bath” through “Comb Cut” as defined in the “Services” section.

Nail trims and Soft Paw applications do NOT constitute a “full groom” and are not considered when defining a “package”.

Each package is aligned with the interval between grooms:  I.e. 4 weeks, 6 weeks, etc.

Package Advantages:

The first advantage to enrollment is that each package offers a specific discount.  They are as follows:

12 Week Package:     $2 / visit

10 Week Package:     $4 / visit

8 Week Package:      $6 / visit

6 Week Package:      $8 / visit

4 Week Package:      $10 / visit

The second advantage to enrollment in any package is that, in the event of a necessary “Reschedule”, the Preferred Client will be given the first available opening and be placed at the top of the waiting list

Mixed Services Packages (example)

When a cat gets a full groom, like a Lion Cut, at 12 weeks and gets nail trim at 6 weeks, Hooked on a Feline may extend a discount greater than a 12 week discount. This discount will be negotiated on an individual cat basis.

POLICIES CONCERNING PREFERRED CLIENT PACKAGES:

Each cat within the household must have its own Preferred Client Package. Packages are not transferable between cats.

All Preferred Clients must have an active credit card on file with Hooked on a Feline.

Cancellation/Reschedule/Service Change and No Show fees will be charged to the credit card on file with Hooked on a Feline.

If the client cancels, reschedules or changes their appointment with less than a 48 hour notice twice within six months, the “Preferred Client” status will be revoked for up to one year.

Change of Preferred Client Package

If you wish to change your package in such a way as to shorten the interval between appointments (i.e., from 6 weeks to 4 weeks) or lengthen the interval between appoints (i.e. 6 weeks to 8 weeks), Hooked on a Feline will make every effort to schedule you within the period … plus or minus 1 week. You are asked to remain in that service package for at least 6 months. An exception can be made if the new longer interval needs to be shortened for the benefit of the health and welfare of the cat.
